The most amazing thing that I have discovered about Enchanté is the way wine tasting is presented to anyone who attends any of the events. I have invited people who have had a negative connotation about the very idea of a "Wine Tasting". They often find them stuffy and embarrassing.  EWTS has offered a relaxed and informative atmosphere for enjoyment and knowledge, much to their surprise, and they have joined and/or returned to other events with anticipation. I have been pleasantly surprised at the number of attendees who lose track of time because they are so engrossed with the affair.  I salute EWTS and look forward to being a lifetime participant.--Dianne M., Dallas
