Texas Hill Country (Austin area)

$45 + Hotel for members.
$65 + Hotel for non-members.

Hotel Arrangements:
Make your own hotel arrangements. Hotels that are located close to the Omni Austin Hotel at Southpark include: Courtyard Austin South, Austin Airport Marriott, or Comfort Suites. If you were not able to book your room earlier (as we suggested), the Omni Austin Hotel at Southpark is now sold out. For this reason, and for your convenience you can book your accommodations at any hotel near the Omni Austin Hotel at Southpark.
Tour: Travel with us via motorcoach to several Texas vineyards and wineries where we
will tour and sample wines. Tour departs from the Omni Austin Hotel at Southpark on Saturday morning. You must pay tour fee (online or by mail) to EWTS by May 6, 2008.
Your seat is reserved after you make your hotel reservations AND pay your tour
fee. No tour fees will be accepted on the tour. Tour reservations will be made in order of receipt of fees.
For safety
reasons, you will not be allowed to participate in this tour unless you travel
with us on the motorcoach.
You may cancel your tour reservation 30 days prior to the event with a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds of tour fees after 5/6/08.
